Every surgery is different, so I can't tell you specifically how difficult her surgery will be. It depends on many factors. In general, if the surgery will be done through a minimally invasuve technique, such as vaginally or laparoscopically, then ihe recovery is usually much easier than if it is done through open surgery. It also depends on why she is having the surgery, so if it is being done for a large mass, or cancer than it could be more difficult. Also, if she has a lot of scar tissue from previous surgeries or endometriosis, that could make the surgery more difficult as well. Personal things such as her weight can also effect how difficult the surgery will be.

So it really depends on so many factors that need to be individualized for each person. If she is healthy, then the fact that she is a vegetarian should not effect her, but she needs to make sure she is getting enough protein in order to heal properly. The high estrogen should not affect the surgery directly, though it may be part of the reason why she needed the surgery in the first place.

I hope this was helpful, if you have any more questions, please let me know.
