How Serious Is To Have Stiff Neck For A Diabetic With Overweight And Stints Present In Heart?

My brother is 65 years old...2 years ago he had a couple of stints put in his heart...he is 100 lbs. overweight and also suffers from diabetes...the last couple of days he has been moaning and complaining about a stiff neck and how severe the pain is...I'm concerned...he is sold on it's just a stiff neck...

again, a radiaion of cardiac pain may occur in neck region too, especially in diabetics- suggest a reevaluation by cardiologist
