How Should Alzheimer's Disease With G6PD Deficiency Be Treated?

I just have some question and i would like to have a medical description for the issue i will clarify now.
I am working as an engineer and I have 25 years old.I am really suffering from non-focusing and alzheimer disease.
I face lots of problems at work.The day I receive a task and the task is already explained to me at the same time at my senior's office the time I enter my office without remembering it at all.I feel that I am old and I am still 25.
Most of the time when someone speaks to me I see a mouth moving without understanding.Maps,plans dont stay in my mind.I feel that I am a stranger in this world.And when I see a movie,read a story,hear a conversation I just can't remember anything from what have been said even when I try to focus.I have a G6PD dificiency if this will help you to find a decription for me.I hope that you understood me well.Thank you for your help.

You say that you suffer from Alzheimer's disease but it's not clear whether it's your personal diagnosis of your symptoms or whether it came after a medical evaluation.
Alzheimer's disease is extremely improbable at your age and even in older patients there are a lot of neurol-psychological, blood and imaging to be done before reaching that diagnosis.
If you are self-diagnosing yourself, than you shouldn't be in such a hurry, there could be many causes to your complaints like hormonal deficits, mood disorders, etc, so you should consult your general practitioner doctor to get started on the most common tests and then if necessary be directed to the appropriate specialist.
I don't think G6PD deficiency is responsible for your problems.
