How Should I Continue Medication After Missing A Dosage Of Lipitor?
I take 10 mg of Lipitor, once per day usually around midnight. I missed my dosage. I missed last nights dosage and took it at 5:00 pm today. Should I skip tonight s dosage since that will be only 7 hrs between doses, or should I go ahead and take it at midnight ?

Hi,
Lipitor contains an enzyme to control lipid levels in blood. It is desired to take it regularly at same time of day. Do not miss a dose or don't take it irregularly. You had missed a dose and taken in at an odd time. Please decide the convenient time for taking it daily and start with it. You can either change the time to 5 pm routinely OR any other time that suits you.(I feel midnight time is difficult to be punctual)

Nice that you took the missed dose as soon as you remembered. You can skip the night dose and from the next day you can take Lipitor as your scheduled time.
