How Should I Manage A Drained Bump On The Scrotum After It Existed For Five Years?

Hey I ve has a spot on my scrotum for about 5 years it s size was about a centimetre in diameter, this morning I noticed it has popped during the night I have extracted all the yellow/white substance and now their is just a hole I think any idea what it was?... I have another large one that I ve had for longer, this is the first I ve told anyone
