Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain it seems that you are suffering from recurrent apthous ulcers and can occur due to a number of causes like nutritional deficiency of iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid, acid reflux, stress, hormonal changes, allergies, physical trauma etc..
There is no curative treatment for apthous ulcers and the treatment is given to relieve the symptoms and the ulcers are self limiting which resolves in a week..
The ulcers that do not resolve by other treatments needs to be treated with a course of steroids for resolving the ulcers..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and treatment of underlying cause can resolve the symptoms..
You can apply a numbing gel containing Lignocaine over the sores, do soda bicarb gargles, gargle with 1:1 solution of benadryl and milk of magnesia and suck ice..
Avoid spicy food and take plenty of fluids..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
