Hi I have a little dot quarter way up my spine from the bottom that has developed a lump and bruising around it I have been to the doctors two weeks ago and he said it might be something torn and give me cream but not the pain is spreading up my spine and when I bend or touch it it winds me thnks

Regarding your concern, you should know that your symptoms could be related to an infection. For this reason, I recommend consulting again with your doctor for a physical exam. An X ray study in this region is also necessary.
A spine MRI in this region would help examine better the soft tissues and the spine in this region and exclude any deeper disorder, which can not be seen during physical exam.
