Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it in context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
PostVasectomy-Epididymitis.
Get the USG and color doppler and Urine / and Prostatic fluid- LCR for to detect any- old STD if he got.
Vasectomy is a very safe surgery and is considered to be without any infection at experts hands.Possibility of the Earlier STD or Uro-genital infection needs to be ruled out- before labeling with your doctor.
Don't blame the doctor.Instead frankly discuss with your operating doctor, who is the best judge to help you in this regard.
If still, If you feel, then take Second Opinion from another Urologist.
Hope this would help you to solve your health issues in the best way possible.
Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
