How Should Feet, Legs And Arms Lumps With Itching Be Treated?

Hi my wife has a reaction to something that has caused little white bumps on her feet and her legs and now her arms. She says they itch. I think its the detergent she used but she says no she has been using it for a while. What are these little bumps and a cure. They look like bug bites but white.

Hi,
It seems that there might be having some allergic reaction to soap, detergent.
Even change of brand of detergent might give allergy.
Give her antihistamine like Benadryl or Cetrizine for 2-3 days.
Avoid using detergent or soap.
Apply body lotion or lacto-calamine on affected part.
Ok and take care.
