Hi Welcome to healhcaremagic After going through your query I concluded that you have fracturefibula, tibia and talus with massive swelling.Your appointment with doctor is late. Till then you should keep limb splinted, keep limb elevated. Active toe movements are advised. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Vitamin B and C is helpful in recovery. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your queries. Wishing you a good health . Take care.
