How Should Former Smoking Be Checked?

Well my question is quiet boring but I have to state here....I am 25 years old guy...used to smoke when I was 10 n dint know what effect they caused so far......till now I look fit and fine but haven't had whole body checkup. Now I think, I should be aware of my body like whats happening inside my body.....What do you suggest ?

Hi.

I understand your concern.

If you smoked nicotine then no need to worry.
It wont be present more then 1 week in blood.

It wont detected in your body and you should go for routine check up regularaly.

It is appreciable that you quit smoking and choose to live healthy life.

Maintain your abstinence and live healthy.

I hope I have answered your question .
Thank you .
