How Should Loose Motion And Infection Be Treated?

Hi,My 8 month old baby is passing loose motion from a weeks time.He passes 3-4 motions in a day.Medicines being used are Ofloxacin,Z&D & Netromax injections for 3 continous days.The infection has come down to 2 from 15-20 howerver motions are not getting stopped.Please suggest..
