How Should Lymphoma, BP, Diabetes And Groin Pain Be Further Treated?

This is regarding my grandma who is suffering from Lymphoma for over an year. Not sure what type of it does she have. However, i do know that she has had several chemo sessions out of which the first 6 helped her a lot but the latter ones were of little or no help. Being over 80 years, she is also has BP and diabetes. She does complain about a lot of pain in her groins area due to which she is unable to sleep. We dont know what should be done next. One day she is all smiley and bright and the next day she is all dull and low.

It is difficult to see her like that. She desperately needs help and we need her.

Would appreciate your quick response to this.
