How Should Mouth Sores With Bleeding And Patches Be Treated?

Hello, for the last several years, I have been fighting with doctors about a pretty severe mout sore. I would say I ve had the non healing problem for about 11-13 years. It bleeds very easily. Very sore to the. Just about every good and liquid bothers it. It s red, purple, velvet, with white patches as well. It starts from the back of my check and runs pretty close to the opening of my mouth. I ve had two biopise done and it hasn t shown cancer but was several months ago. Serums my ears and jaw bother me as well. They say it sy lupus, I don t Beleive that is the case.

The soreness in the mouth can be because of the aphthous stomatitis or any autoimmune diseases like pemphigus, SLE, erosive lichen planus. So consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated. Mean while you can use topical steroids like triamcinolone acetonide. Do saline gargling.
