Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain as you have OSMF [Oral Submucous Fibrosis], such patients are more prone to develop ulcers as there is
atrophy or thinning of mucosa and there is ulceration and inflammation..
The first thing that you will have to do is to stop consuming tobacco[in case if it is the cause of tobacco].
For mouth ulcers you can apply a steroid containing gel over the ulcers along with a numbing gel containing Lignocaine..
You should also take a course of
steroids as mouth ulcers that does not resolve with any other treatment are treated well with steroids.
Take anti-oxidents like
Lycopene and a
multivitamin tablet daily.
Avoid spicy food and do warm saline gargles..
Follow for 15 days and in case if they improve continue for 15 days more.
In case of no improvement you should consult an Oral Surgeon and get a
Biopsy of the ulcers done..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
