Hi Today while I working in the warehouse, my left hand hit one of the box and start paining it happend 4 hours back but still have pain and moving also painfull. Before around 3 months back i have problem on my left hand wrist and my doctor says it was Tendonitis and I treated using Cortisone injections but I have still pain in the left arm wrist and thumb. My question is there any permanent solution/treatment for this?
