How Should Painful Neck Lumps Upon Palpation Be Treated?
I have a painful lump upon palpation about 1 inch above adams apple on the left side. I have the same lump on the right side that is only slightly painful. This pain began 3 days ago. The location of the two lumps seem to be in the same anotomic region on both side. Any clue what this could be.
