Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. I have gone through your query and would like to offer my opinion. In the current scenario, you seem to be experiencing metropathic cycles. These are seen when there is hormone disturbance. The cause of this disturbance should first be detected and suitable treatment given. You need not go for Primolut now as you are already using progesterone. You may need a couple of courses using the correct dosage to set the cycles back on track. Simultaneously, you can also use styptics to lessen the bleeding, maintain a healthy diet, healthy weight and exercise regularly when possible. Hope this helps.
