General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Noted your history of recurrent itching of the scrotun every 3-4 months and gets OK on applying ointments.
This indicates the following things:
You must be exposed to hot and humid atmosphere.
Steroid creams thin out the skin of the scrotum and predisposes for the recurrent problems.
There may then be recurrent fungal infections.
It is possible that you are suffering from diabetes or any other chronic disease.

Get consumption with a Dermatologist, get investigated.and properly treated.
Avoid hot and humid atmosphere.
Tale multivitamins.
You will be fine.
