Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You should get rid off anxiety including performance anxiety and stress as those can be main offenders of premature ejaculation. You can do following measures:
1.You can practice squeeze and stop technique.
2.You can deviate your thought to something nonsexual when you about to near ejaculation.
3.You can stimulate your partner to maximum before getting yourself stimulated.
4.You can try different positions which give less sensation to penis.
5.You can put on a condom or condom with anesthetic which will decrease the excessive stimulation on penis and there by prevent getting premature ejaculation.
If all these not helping then you can approach a sex therapist or psychiatrist for behavioral therapy and medicinal management like anti depressants. SSRIs like paroxetine or dapoxetine are usually prescribed drugs. But if you not getting erection at all then phosphodiesterase inhibitors like sildenafil may help.
Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
