How Should Prurigo Nodularis With Sores And Itching Be Treated?

I am diagonsed with Pruritus Nodule? I have sores on my head, ear,right arm and bottom.I am taking two types of antdepressants:Celexa and Olanzapine. Atarax for the itching. I`m insomniac.I`ve had this problem for sixteen years. What could possibly be the matter and solution?

I can understand your concern since prurigo nodularis is an extremely itchy skin condition .
Although you are taking an agent for itching which is atarax , but your problem is still persisting .
There are various other systemic agents which are effective in this skin problem .
So I would advise you to see a nearby dermatologist for proper assessment and treatment.
