How Should Recurring Guillain-Barre Syndrome Be Treated?

my son is 5 yrs old on date.DTap taken on 29.7.09. he got gb syndrom recurred after 2 years 4 months and hospitalised on 12.11.2009. first time he was put on ventilation for three days but this time he was on ventilation for 13 days and then treacheostomy was done, after 18 days he started to improve and was discharged from hospital on 21.12.09. Both the times he was administered gama IV 2gm/kg. Some important points are first time he was admitted to hospital on 05.07.07 and second time on 11.11.09. Why it (G B syndrome ) recurred after 2 years and 4 months, Whether it wii recurr again for a third time. what are the precautions that we should take. what is permanent treatment, what to do in Future from now. what is permanent treatment, for that we should go to nymhans bangalore for check up or treatment . what to do in future please advise.
