How Should Significant Inflammation Tissue Reaction In Both Adnexae As Well As Pouch Of Douglas Be Treated?
Hi, i did an abdominal scan and got this results Adnexae/POD : There is significant inflammation tissue reaction in both adnexae as well as pouch of douglas causing poor interface between pelvic organs. Mild fluid collection in the pouch of douglas. No pelvis mass.
