Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Why she was prescribed Triamcinolone? This is a commonly prescribed drug, and significant adverse effects are quite uncommon. The discolouration she developed may be part of the underlying condition for which the drug was prescribed. Such discolouration (or even the one caused by the drug) should improve with time after the insult is over. Kindly discuss with your dermatologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
