Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic gastritis it is aggravated by spicy food and alcohol. Also smoking intake of caffeinated drinks, carbonated drinks may useful.

If you're suffering obesity or lax lower esophagal sphincter may cause this problem.

So get endoscopy and biopsy of the mucosa. Continue above medications.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
