How Should Stomach Bloating Which Persists Be Rid Off?

hi yes 38 year old male , with indate commercial diving medical, so been cerfied fit , but my question is this , i have a perment , inflated , stomach , like a beer belly , and i look like im pregnant , i dont drink excessive alchol , and seem to remember some years ago reading that , what i have has a name , does and any advice how to get rid off it , what can i do, please bare in mind , i eat reasonably healthly my life style is not bad , any ideas, ?

Hello,

It seems to be central obesity, extra deposition of fat may be the cause. First of all, this need to be ruled out, actually clinical examination could give some idea. If this is just distension of abdomen and not the obesity, then it may be due to dyspepsia and it could be associated with infection. In such condition, tablet Metronidazole twice in a day for five days can be tried. Along with this, tablet Omeprazole and Domperidone once in a day for three weeks can also be tried.
