How Should Testicular Lumps Causing Erection Problems Be Treated?

i have lumps on my testicles one on the left side when my sack hangs thats ones harder then the one of my right.. first i thought it may be the veins in my testicles... and i have a hard time with women sometimes because my penis does not stay irrect all the time.. i have to have intercourse my way for my penis to stay firm and sometimes that does not work.. i went to the docs about a year ago he gave me some pills for sex ect.. it worked.. what else could it b

Hi.
First of all continue the pills that worked for your problem with erection.
Secondly, there are no lumps in the testicles that can cause any erection problems.
Get an opinion of Urologist and Psychologist.
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination to get a proper diagnosis and plan a treatment only if advised by your Urologist as many os such cysts may not need any treatment or surgery.
