Hi,

The four foods you mentioned - potato, meat, applesauce, and banana - are all typically considered to be low-fiber and easy to digest, which may help reduce inflammation and irritation in your gut.

As for the other ingredient that you can't remember, it's possible that the GI may have suggested something like white rice, plain chicken, or a low-fiber cereal like cornflakes or rice crispies.

In the meantime, it's important to continue following any dietary recommendations given to you by your healthcare providers and to try to avoid foods that may trigger your symptoms. It's also important to stay hydrated and to take any medications prescribed to you as directed.

When you see the GI at the end of the month, they may be able to provide you with more specific dietary advice based on your individual needs and the severity of your condition. They may also recommend additional testing or treatment options to help manage your symptoms and improve your quality of life.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
