How Should Vaginal Cuts With Soreness And Lumps Be Treated?

I had 3 what looked like circular cuts near my vagina/rectum. They were sore when I urinated and sex. They have recently turned into 3 bumps. My whole body hurt yesterday. There was a point when i had abnormal cell but my gyno opted out of a colopscopy. The bumps still burn when I pee. do i have and STD?
