A urine pregnancy test becomes positive 7-10 days after the missed period in women with regular cycles. Try to repeat the test after one week using the first morning sample of urine and a new kit.
The burning and pain indicate urinary infection. It is commonly caused by bacteria. It is better to get a urine examination to check for infection and take drugs accordingly.
The blood may be your period or come from a pregnancy [implantation bleeding ]. It is difficult to comment upon it now. I suggest you get a pregnancy test done to rule it out first if you do not get periods by then.
