Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If the combo test came negative at 9 weeks, then the chances that it will come positive in future are very low. If the test comes negative at 12 weeks of exposure, then no further testing is needed. The results are considered as conclusive.
HIV is not diagnosed on basis of symptoms. The symptoms occurred most likely due to flu or any other cause. HIV has no relation to these symptoms.
If the condom did not break, then the risk is almost nil. No, the medicines you have been advised do not affect the test results. So you can sit relaxed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Seikhoo Bishnoi
