How Soon Can I Take A Pregnancy Test Inspite Of Having Late Periods?
last month I did not have my period at all, it is already 2 days until February with still no signs of my period and no spotting. When should I take a pregnancy test? I took one about two weeks ago and it was negative but I m wondering if I should try again?

Home pregnancy tests can be taken 3-7 days after the missed period and performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine. For a better and earlier clarification, essay of the serum beta-hCG titres is needed. This is most often used when the HPTs are in doubt. A trans-vaginal sonogram performed a week after the missed period also is useful to know the status of the pelvic organs. If you performed the pregnancy test as suggested, you may proceed with the sonogram. Hope this helps.
