How Soon Can An STD Be Diagnosed After Possible Exposure?
Hi i am very concerned. I was at a strip club yesterday and got a private room. I fingered the stripper and then used that same hand to masturbate immediately after. I have never done anything like this and let alcohol get in the way of my better sense. I have read varying remarks about similar situations but am looking for a straight/informed answer. What STDs am I at risk of contracting? I know that getting tested right away is pointless as it can take a while for STDs to appear, so when should I get tested? Are there tests that will show the diseases sooner? I am sick with worry and looking for help.

You had indirect contact your penis with secretions of another person and the risk is minimal for infection but possible. About common sexual transmitted diseases we think of syphilis or HSV2 or HIV but you should not worry about that. If you fear about HIV you should not worry about that indirect touching your penis will transmit HIV as within that 3-5 minutes, HIV can't live outside the body as it is very weak virus. But you may get minimal risk of HSV2 that genital herpes and syphilis bacteria. If you noticed any sores or secretions discharge from your penis you should refer to infectious disease doctor as to do investigations like VDRL test and clinical examinations will reveal diagnosis of the sores. If you have no symptoms of that you need not worry. Wish you a healthy life.
