Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Well, a T12 compression fracture is not fracture of the spinal CORD. Your cord is intact. It's the vertebral body that has been damaged. How you get back into sexual activity is by slowly experimenting with different positions in which the back and hips would be minimally involved in movement. Everyone is different and so there is no one answer that works for all. Typically, being on one's back takes away motion and mobility but it also tends to increase the amount of sheer weight against the spine and this may be painful. Sitting may also be an option on a chair with a high back for support.
Hope I have answered your query.
