I have had an elbow dislocation on 15th october with some disturbance in lower humerus and 2 bone chips were found in the X-Ray. Plaster was kept for 3 weeks and after the cast removal went for physiotherapy. Its been more then 10 weeks I have'nt gained full range(Extension). Basically my physiotherapist during my exc session gets range but after few hours my hand flexes back. This is happening from last 1 month.(Angle left over is around 15 degrees). I would appreciate if you can help me in knowing out the recovery time or probably suggest an alternate physitherapy other then exercise.
