How T Deal Periods Discomfort After Child Birth?

my wife give birth a baby boy 3 months and 11 days before she had 2 months continuous bleeding after baby her expected date was 24 july on same date she had periods but 3 to 4 drops and then nothing week ago i checked with test strip and found + and finally i arrange st mom as here in dubai its banned anyhow i arrange 2 pills of 200 mcg and give her 19 hours before since now he had bad feeling like tommy pain headache feeling vomit but cant vomit etc and till now her periods are not start

1] first of all if her pregnancy test is positive , she needs to have USG done ,
2] This will help to know pregnancy status, viability, pregnancy location.
3] Till 9 weeks,it is safe to terminate with medicines.
4] Right dose is Tab MIFEGEST 200mcg and TAb MISOPROST 800 mg after 48 hours. She needs to have 5 days of proper antibiotic cover also.
