If she has passed 20 days from her expected date of periods that means she has 7 weeks of pregnancy calculated from her last menstrual period. 7 weeks of pregnancy can be aborted by medications but risk of incomplete abortion also increase. In case of incomplete abortion she need to go for surgical evacuation. Decision about medical or surgical method depends upon you. Kindly consult your gynecologist for management. Take care
