How To Abort An Early Pregnancy?
Please doc I have a kid who's about to get one year old. I'm pregnant and I don't have a kid now because my are going to kill me if they know I'm pregnant. Please I don't have money to abort the pregnancy. So please what should I do then. Because I have drunk coffee and now malt and sugar but rather I'm running (toilet) but I'm not bleeding.

It is advisable to carry out abortion under gynecologist observation. For early pregnancy termination, Mifepristone drug can be taken, and after 72-hours, Misoprostol drug put high up in vagina to induce abortion.
After the last pill bleeding more than period will occur with clots and tissue for three to five days. Then after two-week USG scan done to check the completeness of abortion. Consult a gynecologist for the examination.
