How To Ascertain Chances Of Pregnancy After Sex Without Protection?

I am on birth control and am a week and a half through the pack (three weeks on one week sugar pills) I was sick and prescribed a z pak which i finished 6 days ago. last night i had sex with no other form of protection. how likely is it that ill get pregnant/should I be very worried and thinknig about getting the morning after pill?
