How To Ascertain That The Baby In The Womb Is Alive?

hello, i am 10 weeks pregnant, today i had an ultra sound done but the baby was not moving no heart beats, the size of the bay was the right size but no heart beats,the doctor said that heart beat it just stopped recently in the last 24 hrs, does that mean the baby is dead,i am still not convinced that the baby is dead.

At 10 week gestation if no heart beat then I m sorry but it's true that your baby is dead. It's missed abortion. If still you have doubt go for 2nd scan after few days . But in my opinion go for termination.
