Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
About 25% of pregnant women present with threatened abortion in early pregnancy. Two thirds of such pregnancies continue normally. So don't be tensed. The blood collection will slowly resolve in most cases.

Just take rest. Do not exert yourself. Do not have sexual intercourse for 2 weeks. Discuss with your doctor and take progesterone to support pregnancy. Continue taking folic acid.
You can repeat ultrasound after two weeks.
I hope this is helpful.
