Hello,
This sort of bleeding is not healthy during pregnancy. Please see a a specialist at once for a proper appraisal of the situation and plan further management. This could be due to some subchorionic hemorrhage, some old blood leaking out or a threatened abortion turning into an inevitable one. Absolute bed rest, avoidance of sexual intercourse, lifting weights etc., pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram to know the status of the pregnancy, serial serum beta-hCG titres to know the progress of pregnancy are needed. Hope this helps.
