Hello dear
Understand your concern
Mifepristone cause detachment of pregnancy from the uterine wall and it cause slight bleeding.
Chance of period is less if you are pregnant.
Following are the causes: ectopic pregnancy, retain product of pregnancy, infection, molar pregnancy.
I suggest you to contact gynecologist and go for USG scan , blood HCG, swab vaginal test to diagnose above cause.
ectopic pregnancy, retain product of pregnancy, molar pregnancy should be treated by surgery and infection need antibiotics.
Hope this may help you
