Not sure why you would want to, working out is better. But to awnser your question you could try eating fat or protien with carbs like cheese and bread or beef and potatos ext.

It is the body constitution that some are fat and others are thin.
Rather than putting on weight, aim at keeping your body healthy and fit. Putting on weight may invite more diseases and make your body unhealthy.
If you are eating adequately and still unable to put on weight, get your self thoroughly checked by a doctor and get thoroughly investigated to exclude any weight reducing (Wasting) diseases. If all the clinical findings indicate that you are otherwise perfectly healthy, forget about becoming fat and be happy that you have a very healthy body which could be an envy of those around you who might be prepared to spend a fortune to achieve your kind of figure.

again maintaining ideal bmi (body mass index) is essential.
regular exercise is also important.
see that fat is uniformly distributed all over the body.
try to aviod accumulation of fats in lower abdomen
maintaining adequate waist to hip ratio is also important.
