Jaundice 2 years ago suggests possible damage to the liver, maybe from acute hepatitis. Whatever caused the jaundice is still present in your body, even if the jaundice is gone. The symptoms you describe are consistent with liver damage. This could be from chronic hepatitis. A specific diet cannot be recommended at this time that would help you recover. You need to find out what is causing this and get that treated. If it is chronic hepatitis, there are treatments for it. You could also have something as serious as cancer in your liver, gallbladder, or pancreas. Please see a doctor as soon as you can and get this evaluated. Hope this helps.
