How To Boost Energy Levels?

I am 43 years old in good health i am active. but I have zero ennergy. I think I get good sleep but i wake up tired my legs are sore and my arms. and i have no energy throw the day. I eat good food for the most part stay away from sweets. I just have no energy. need help

First make a chart with the help of nutritionist whether you are meeting your required calorie intake for an instance.

Do blood sugar level fasting and postprandial (after meal), since diabetes is most common cause for energy less state and tiredness.
