Hi, 1. What was the complete report? 2. Are the sperm counts normal? 3. Has he had antibiotics for two weeks complete? If yes, you can get a Semen culture done to see if there is residual infection. However, there is no need to get a Semen analysis repeated before three months. Only get the culture done. I usually prescribe my patients with a Drug called Speman which is an Ayurvedic preparation from Himalya drugs for three months. It helps improve sperm count and quality.
