My wife is Diabetic taking Insulin LANTUS 16U night at 11am,HUMALOG 20-22-20 Unit with BF,L,D.Her Kidneys are getting effected.Her todays Serum Urea is 88 and Serum Creratinine is 4.2 mg/dl and Hb % is 8.30 g/dl. What treatment should be taken to bring Urea and Creatinine down. Her Bp is 140/80 today.She was taking Ramipril 5mg in the morning plus Telmisartan+Amlodipine+H for BP,but today it has been changed to Omlisartan 40 at BF and Omnipress xl 5mg after dinner.
