Thanks for your query.
You had apparently had carbuncles (big infected, pus-filled
boils). Since they have already ruptured and the pus has already flowed out, the ulcer will soon heal.
I would recommend a short course of
oral antibiotics (to prevent re-formation of pus) and a daily dressing of the raw area with an antiseptic cream till they dry up.
However, if the boils do re-grow, then a small nick, along with removal of the boil covering would be required, as an out-patient procedure.
