Hi Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day
Presence of fever and vomiting in Pediatric Age group, one needs to consider the possibility of Urinary tract infection as the cause. Diagnosis can be confirmed by geeting Urine routine examination. I would suggest you the following till you see back your Pediatrician again in morning 1. Give Her Syrup Paracetamol 10mg per kilogram of body weight , it will bring down her fever. 15 to 20 minutes after giving Paracetamol, give her whole body tepid sponging with tap water at room temperature. It will further help in getting down the temperature. 2. Ensure good intake of fluids 3. Continue antibiotics if already prescribed.
Do write directly to me, and keep me informed about her progress. Wishing her speedy recovery.
Take Care
